Backflow assemblies in and around the greater Portland metro area:

Removed from double check assembly, gasket fouled and poppit shaft stuck in cap.

Backflow assembly too close to box side.

Nice install, but piping should run though box slots with room for settling.

Not good! Assemblies and pipes rust and break down over time.

Assembly installed on treated wood, under water. Excess petroleum fumes present causing atmospheric hazards.
